Welcome to the finest school in the state of Florida. At Plato we set and achieve high  academic and behavior expectations. We maintain a positive, challenging, structured and nurturing, learning environment, free of disruptions. The strict enforcement of our  behavior policy creates optimum achievement for all students.

We strongly believe that the quality of the teachers parallels the quality of the school. As such, we have solicited and very carefully evaluated, and hired the absolute best teachers. We are very proud of our teachers and believe you will be very pleasantly surprised should you select our school. We further believe that the ultimate learning environment must be full of excitement and fun for the children.  Plato children are very motivated and can’t wait to see what comes next.

We promote a lifestyle of learning through our individualized instruction with an emphasis on a life-long love for reading, problem solving, experimenting, and independent thinking.  In addition, we strive to instill values and responsibilities at every step of the child’s education. At Plato all children are cherished and treated equally. They develop memories of firm, yet fair discipline, caring adults, exciting knowledge acquisition, compassion, inspiration and affirmation. 

At Plato, the education of a child happens through a partnership, among parents/guardians, the child, the school faculty and staff, and the community.  Our partnership is an active state that includes sharing responsibilities, meaningful communication and welcomed participation.
