Plato's Extended Care

Plato Academy offers extended care programs. Our before and after school enrichment programs include:

• Extra tutoring in writing, reading, mathematics, and Greek.

• Supervised computer lab time

• Supervised reading time

• Table top games such as chess and monopoly

• Webby Dance

• Dance lessons in Greek and American style

• Piano and violin lessons

• Organized sports such as team basketball and soccer.

Before/After Care Supervision. Before care supervision is available from 7:00 a.m. until classes begin at 8:40 a.m. and after school care from 3:10 p.m. until 5:45 p.m.

    

  

   

Field Trips.  Educational field trips are an important part of the child's school year. Each trip is an outgrowth of the instructional program designed to support and enrich the curriculum. "Fun" field trips are scheduled after school, are part of the after care program, and will align with our policy of making all children school experiences fun and exciting.
